With Google Calendar, which is a free scheduling and time management from Google where the user can create a multiple of calendar in only one account by separating calendar name and coloring them, you can keep an eye on your important things, or as a diary to memo the importance in your life easier than paperwork.

When you first open Google Calendar, you will see a monthly view of your schedule by defult. By clicking on the day that you want to schedule, you can add an event or appointment. You can also click on the arrows in the top left corner to move forward or backward in time.

Move your eyes to the lower left side, you’ll see ‘My Calendars’. Here you can create different calendars for specific evets. As shown in the next photo, I’ve 8 calendar with specific color for ease of skimming.

Follow the steps below to set up your Google’s free Calendar.

01 - Create Different Calendar

Different calendars (think: category) will help you keep track of assignments, deadlines, and exams, or even project management as a boss.

Don’t forget to color your calendar color to catch your attention and this color will be shown on the calendar when you create an event of each one.

02 - Label Events

The date, and a brief description. This will help you quickly see what is due when.

03 - Set Reminders

You can set reminders for a specific time or day before the event is due by accessing the option of each calendar.

04 - Share Your Calendar with Others

Some calendars are associated with your people, don’t forget to use a share function with your  friend or family member so they can help hold you accountable and stay up to date on your schedule.

05 - Asjust as Needed

As your schedule changes, be sure to update your calendar so it reflects your current commitments.

To plan your calendar, click on any date of the calendar, and fill out the pattern, setting the remainder, and select the calendar category for the event.
